Vote for Scott’s Greenhouse!
A wonderful blogger and fellow contributor on Flopping Aces, Scott Malensek, has developed an idea of renovating an abandoned greenhouse using aquaponic and hydroponic gardening techniques to grow produce and raise edible fish. The produce and fish would be used to stock a high value, low cost restaurant called The Stew Pot Kitchen. Have a look at his proposal and vote for his plan at Pepsi’s Refresh project.
