2012 Christmas Village Memories
Christmas Village in Philly is a great way to celebrate all the good things of this season. I try to make a visit or two every year to check out the decorations and the goods for sale in this market. The village is based on the amazing traditional German Christmas markets.
You cannot help but smile when visiting this market. The wares, the music, the lights and the food makes this place a great way to celebrate the Christmas season.
The lighting displays are a great way to grab some photo buddies and practice outdoor night-time photography. Be sure to take along an f1/8 or f1/4 lens with you during your photowalk. Also, sipping a cup of hot chocolate helps you take better photos as well.
All sorts of interesting and unique item are on sale in this open air market. These paper lanterns really grabbed my interest, but I wound up going home with a moon necklace that glows in the dark.

Where’s the Bratwurst, you ask? These sweet memories will last till the Christmas season rolls around next year.
