There Can Be Only One – Cain Suspends his Presidential Campain

In a not so surprising announcement minutes ago, Herman Cain announced his plan to suspend his campaign and focus his efforts being the outside voice of reason for disaffected voters.

Listening to his plans, I could not help but see him adopt the mantle of  the black male version of Sarah Palin.

Herman Cain’s campaign had been rocked with revelations of sexual  indescretions between Cain and an assortment of women ala William Jefferson Clinton.  Sadly, if Cain had a “D” after his name, these indiscretions would have been swept under the rug.

My stance continues –  I will only endorse the designated Republican candidate. Until then, I will report on the remaining candidates progress equally without recommendation.

I like how you’re not endorsing yet. That’s smart. I made some enemies in 2008 during the primaries, sheesh!

It is a good stance with a pack of candidates that I’m lukewarm towards.

In the minefield that is national primaries it seems a poor use of energy and blogspace to commit to one candidate.

I do that and scrupulously don’t read Daily Caller at any time of the year.

I liked Cain. He is weak on foreign policy, but he would make a great Commerce Secretary.
It was a bunch of “he-said-she-said” accusations with no proof from women of questionable character pushed by the same media who covers up similar scandals of democrats.

Have not made up my mind either. Will see all of the candidates (minus Ron Paul) on Wednesday at RJC event in DC.
