Obamacare Lawsuit Tracking Website

The Independent Women’s Forum has recently launched a new website tracking the numerous state challenges to Obamacare.

Called www.healthcarelawsuits.org, it is a one stop shop for information on lawsuits from around the country. This is a great place to track legal challenges in your home state.  I had no idea of how numerous were the legal challenges to Obamacare.

The IWF press release states:

“The Independent Women’s Forum (IWF) announces the launch of its new website, www.healthcarelawsuits.org, to provide a comprehensive resource with up-to-the-minute information on the various stages of the lawsuits challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act across the country. This resource, geared toward journalists and the interested public, is a one-stop shop for hard to find documents, rulings, analysis, key issues and news on the legal challenges to the health care law. There is a clear explanation of the Constitutional challenges to the law. Additionally, site visitors will be able to find a timeline of past activities in the cases, a calendar to monitor upcoming events and an easy-to-use map to show which states are involved in which cases.”
