Mike Fitzpatrick Pawn’d Pat Murphy at Townhall Meeting
“This is not a TownHall Meeting” – Obama Dem Patrick Murphy (PA-8)
Patrick Murphy, an incumbent Obama-Dem holding a town hall meeting finds most gathered are not supportive of his blind obedience to his party over the will of his constituents. All of a sudden, it is no longer a town hall meeting and all who have questions or concerns are asked to meet with him privately.
Best part of this Murphy debacle - the appearance of his Republican competitor at this meeting. Mike Fitzpatrick, Republican candidate for PA-8, asked the crowed gathered what they would prefer – a town hall meeting or private meeting. The results are political comedy gold:
