A Bomb in West Chester, Pa
WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Authorities in suburban Philadelphia have safely detonated a suspicious device found just outside a downtown parking garage in West Chester.Police say there were no threats were made before the device was reported by a parking attendant at the Mosteller Garage at about 7:25 a.m. Monday.
Police say the box left just outside the west end of the garage contained wires, something that may have been an electrical circuit board and a container of fluid and pipe. It was detonated by the Montgomery County Bomb Squad.
Two other suspicious packages were also found and detonated, but authorities say it appears they were not explosive devices.
Members of the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms were called and about a city block was evacuated.
West Chester is about 25 miles west of Philadelphia.

The sign makes no sense. And those buttone on her (?) hat? Does that allow her to communicate with her home planet?
LOL to John. Her home planet isn’t answering anymore.
Ummm, has anyone else had the same thoughts that I have, perhaps the anarchists/peace activists had a hand in this “bomb” incident?
Porter and her little Strom Trooper. How cute.
Pretty scary. I wrote about it on my blog as I was there.
John,
The photo is a testament to what myself and my beloved American Sheepdogs face every Saturday in West Chester, Pa.
If I seemed a bit nonplussed about the protesters (Code Pink excluded). All I can say is that they were the same players, just different faces in St. Paul.
Trish,
Well, West Chester University’s award winning SDS is back in session…
Does she have tin foil under the hat also. I mean Darth Rove’s mind machine is pretty powerful.
Glad that no one was hurt.
Did you hear about the guys in St Paul that had Moltov Cocktails for the Secret Service and Police. they got charged with terrorism, and were arrested I think in the Tuesday we were in St Paul.

I report, you decide.
Jeez, Stix…
What is the world coming too?
At least we didn’t get hit with any pooh bombs while in St Paul.
I would not have liked that.
